The general concept of the project focuses on developing an emblematic building, framed in a park, as the first image that residents and visitor experience when entering the city of Cayey. The building, of public vocation, must project a contemporary image of sustainability and of architectural vanguard. The roof of the parking lot is conceived as a green roof containing concessions, recreational areas and passive recreation, as well as a place for public space programming events such as outdoor concerts, gastronomic and craft market, open air cinema and festivals among others. The project operates on two stopovers, on the scale of the city municipality of Cayey, and in turn on the scale of the region, with Cayey as the main city of the mountain region.
